Tools you need include: Dremel(OPT), Hack Saw (I found is the best way to cut it), Long #2 Flat Head Screwdriver, File, Sand Paper (180,320,400grit), Bondo Body Filler w/ Hardener (OPT)
Paint: I chose VHT Black Wrinkle Paint.

Go ahead and remove the grill. If you need help refer back to my tutorial on blacked out headlights. This step is super easy

Now with your Flat Head gently pry up on four retaining clips that hold the mesh insert in. Use your needle nose to assist if necessary. It should look like this when your done

Now that you've taken the clips off go ahead and remove the mesh insert. This will take a little finagling but you'll get it. This is what you want.

So far so good. Now take your hack saw or dremel and cut off the emblem pillar. Don't try to cut to close to the bottom or top of the pillar you'll run the risk of cutting the actual grill. Hints why we have a file. You should have a similar result.

Here's the fun part, take your file and goto town. Use a deep grooved knurl file first to eat it away fast then use a finer one to get it close.

Not so hard see!!! This part truly is optional folks. I'm not a body person nor have I been doing work like this for years I'm 20. This part is easy and worth it so try it out. Get some body filler and hardener read the mixing instruction (for a golf ball size of filler use a 1/4" line of hardener) Mix till it's a consistent color, for me it was a bubble gum color. Rough the area around the filing and apply filler. Should look like this or better.

Do the same to the top if you wish, you don't have to. It's not like someone is going to lay down and look up at it.
Sand it down take your time to get it as smooth as possible. The Wrinkle Coat is very forgiving so you don't have to get OCD about it. Like this is perfect

Easy Peezy!!!! Okay now here's the time consuming part. They're 2 ways to do this. One way will save you time if you have the luxory. The other way takes awhile. Again paint is your choice. If you decide to do wrinkle here it goes. Spray Wrinkle coat as directed on the back of the can. 3 Coats (Vertically, Horizontally, and Diagonally) with 3 minutes between each coat. Once you get a solid look leave it alone!!!!!! This stuff takes forever to dry. It takes 2 hours to setup and 24 hours to cure/dry. But there is a way to cheat this if you have an oven large enough to house this grill. Set the oven to 200F and set it in there for an hour on a cookie sheet. The end result is sick. It's dry and the wrinkles are much tighter and more uniform. If you can BAKE IT!

Now it's finished install and enjoy guys
